Counselling and Addiction Therapy Services

Welcome

We are a private counselling practice, offering a safe, non-judgemental and confidential service for people to explore issues that are sometimes difficult to discuss with family, friends or work colleagues.

We are passionate about what we do, and pride ourselves on our confidential, professional, yet friendly service.

With our wealth of experience, knowledge and qualifications of our field areas, we are able to offer you the right support and approaches, to help guide you through a difficult or unsettling situation.

Whether you are looking for counselling, or just want to make changes in your life, or need help to talk things through and find a way forward, then this is a good place to start.

Each of our therapists, as well of having a wealth of counselling and life experience, know first-hand how you are really feeling, and know how difficult and challenging it can be in making that first step to ask for support.

Being self-aware and having the capability to think and feel emotions, with clarity and understanding, is part and parcel of being human. Therapies, such as counselling, are used to help people come to terms with many problems they are facing, with an ultimate aim of overcoming them.

Counselling can be useful for anyone who wants to explore the way they’re thinking or feeling, as well as for anyone experiencing a problem or issue they are keen to resolve.
